White Truffle Celebration
Available for one night only on Wednesday November 8, Yolan will be offering a White Truffle Celebration with a four-course menu that puts the beloved delicacy at center stage. Beginning at 5pm, guests will have the opportunity to embark on a sensory culinary experience by Chef de Cuisine Joey Fecci, and explore dishes that spotlight the coveted white truffle stars.
Speciality dishes include Capesante, caramelized sunchoke, caviar and brown butter; and Guancia de Manzo, braised beef cheek, celeriac and black trumpet, with exceptional wine pairings and desserts available.

You can find the full menu HERE and are able to reserve a table via OpenTable HERE, with seats going for $300 per person, or with wine pairings for $400 per person. Upon arrival, guests will also enjoy a glass of bubbly while savoring a tasting of Parmigiano-Reggiano straight from the wheel and masterfully drizzled with our custom blended balsamico.
