A Taste of Rome Wine Dinner @ Pastaria
ABOUT: Join the team at Pastaria for a special pop-up wine dinner on Thursday, July 20 starting at 6 p.m. The experiential tasting event will include a cocktail hour from 6 - 7 p.m., followed by a coursed meal full of Italian culture and intimate conversations featuring Roman cuisine and wine pairings specially curated for the event. Enjoy discussions about the Italian culture and spirit embodied at Pastaria with Pastaria’s executive Chef Evelynn Hadsell and what it’s like to live and dine in Rome with Pastaria’s visiting wine representative. Event partner Andrew Whitney of Black Hawk Farms will speak to his beef products and how they were incorporated into the special menu.
