Celebrate the Summer Solstice by enjoying a fun and rejuvenating evening of ceremony, movement, meditation, music, nature, lake and river swimming, sun bathing, and fresh and vibrant food and tea. Let go of your mind, open your heart, and escape into the beauty and delight of Mother Nature. Activities include massage and reiki appointments, group meditation, yoga, an organic and vegetarian farm-to-table dinner, cacao ceremony, sound bath with Ann Sensing, and more.
Tea Huntress is Nashville-based tea expert Sarah Scarborough’s newest venture that shares the art and ritual of tea. Through quarterly memberships offering seasonal rituals and clean teas, bespoke teas and botanical formulations, and educational experiences such as global, guided retreats and tea ceremonies, and now an in-person experience at a new studio in 12South, Tea Huntress offers the opportunity to learn how to utilize tea as medicine, meditation, and a moment to slow down and recenter.
