Ribera y Rueda Wine Dinner
1 Kitchen partners with Ribera y Rueda Wine to host an exclusive wine pairing dinner that allows guests to experience Spain's most prestigious wine regions, from within the private dining room.
The multi-course experience showcases not only the world-class Tempranillo and Verdejo from Ribera y Rueda, but 1 Kitchen's classic local, seasonal dishes. Starting with welcome reception canapés, followed by a four-course meal and a sweet-savory cheese presentation by Culinary Director Chris Crary, taste buds will go on a trip around the world without leaving Nashville. Each course will be mindfully paired with wine selected by Beverage Manager, Harrison Deakin.
