Mangata Gatherings Unbound

Our third annual MANGATA gathering will fall just before the Full Moon of mid-September and will be conveniently held at a pavilion in Edwin Warner Park, that beloved greenspace in the city that offers healing and rejuvenation to so many of us on a regular basis. You can expect openness, connection, and joy...plus each woman will leave with a journal, a piece of our collective original art, a takeaway from the tea and oil bars, and a buoyed spirit. Full details on our site.
Please plan to JOIN US. It is sure to be a magical gathering once again.
REFLECTION
Award-winning author and Mangata Founder Varina Willse will open our gathering with prompts to help us explore what has been holding us back and how it might feel to be truly unbound.
CHAKRA
Shamanic healer and Founder of Elemental Sanctuary Molly Upchurch will help us recenter into our essence by guiding us in the art of contemplating each of the seven main energetic centers within ourselves and noticing opportunities to realign with our truth.
ART
Multimedia artist and luminary Brooke Noel Morgan will lead us in a collaborative art meditation where we will create alongside one another, accessing the intricacies of the soul and sharing on a path of discovery.
TEA
Renowned tea expert Sarah Scarbrough of Tea Huntress will guide us on a full-sensory creative and educational exercise to learn about teas and participate in blending our own custom formulation using rare, clean and vibrant ingredients.
OIL
Clinical Aromatherapist and Founder of The Oil Jar, Blaire Morriss will welcome us to an essential oil blending and anointing bar where we will each create a scent that captures our unique experience of what it means to be unbound.
YOGA
Yoga master Molly Upchurch will send us off with a heart-led flow that is designed to open, expand, and empower, renewing passion for the gift of breath and acknowledging life's full spectrum of experience.
