In this class you will learn:
Simple knife care and use
Cooking methods
Basic sauces
Cooking technique.
How to care for and use your knife.
Basic butchery skills (and will breakdown a chicken and a whole fish)
This is a hands on course, so BYOK (bring your own knife)!
Dinner will be served during the latter part of the course.
