iggy’s kicks off Valentine’s Day celebrations early with a special gourmet pastry pop-up with Andrés Lara, Executive Pastry Chef and Instructor at Melissa Coppel Chocolate & Pastry School in Las Vegas. Previously, Chef Lara has worked in the pastry kitchens of some of the world’s finest restaurants and companies, including the José Andrés Group, Noma and more. During iggy’s dinner service on Wednesday, February 7 and Thursday, February 8, chef Andrés Lara will take over the dessert menu with several romantic gourmet pastry offerings. iggy’s dessert menu typically consists of fun twists on soft serve and they’re excited to host chef Andrés Lara to switch things up for a couple of nights ahead of Valentine’s Day. Guests can enjoy the special dessert menu on Feb. 7 & 8 during iggy’s dinner service from 5-9 p.m.
