Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina and Heitz Wine Cellar, from the world-famous wine growing region of Napa, California, are joining forces to bring you a one-of-a-kind 5-course wine dinner high up on the 34th floor in a private dining room overlooking Downtown Nashville. Heitz Cellar is a champion of the single-vineyard expressions and creator of one of Napa's most distinctive and collectible wines. The evening will include vintages that date back as far as 1997, plus, you'll be dining with the owner himself, Mr. Gaylon Lawrence, alongside the President and CEO of Heitz, Mr. Carlton McCoy, Jr., who also holds the honorable distinction of Master Sommelier.
