East Side Bánh Mì Pop-Up at Jackalope Brewing Company
East Side Bánh Mì will host a third pop-up at Jackalope Brewing Company's taproom The Ranch on Saturday, July 11 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Customers can pre-order starting at noon on Friday, July 10 via the website (https://www.eastsidebanhmi.com/). The artisanal, locally-sourced Vietnamese-style bánh mì sandwich shop and restaurant – slated to open in East Nashville in August – will serve a menu of classics such as The No. 1 (ham hock terrine, pate, and smoked bologna by Gifford’s Smoked Meats), Impossible (“Xiu Mai” impossible meatballs, roasted & smashed), Rice Noodle Bowl (chilled rice noodles, farm greens, pickles, herbs, fried shallots, roasted peanuts, spicy fish sauce, choice of protein), Tofu & Green Papaya Summer Roll (mint, sweet chili garlic sauce), Toasted Peanut Rice Milk, and more.
