Collaboration Dinner: Yolan's Chef Tony Mantuano + Chef Joe Flamm
Yolan has become well-known for not only it’s incredible menu of authentic Italian cuisine, but also for its regularly scheduled and unique culinary events. On April 3, led by Michelin-starred Chef Tony Mantuano and Wine Expert Cathy Mantuano, the team at Yolan will welcome Chef Joe Flamm for a collaboration seven-course dinner inspired by the iconic ingredients and cuisine of the Emilia-Romagna region, home of Parmigiano-Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma. Winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season 15 and chef/owner of recently opened Rose Mary in Chicago, Chef Joe cooked and learned alongside Chef Tony at Chicago’s Michelin-starred restaurant Spiaggia, and the pair have remained close friends ever since! Both chefs will prepare dishes exclusive to this dinner, including Carne Crudo with crispy prosciutto, Risotto with squid ink and grilled prawn and a Bucksnort Trout finished with smoked roe.
