We will taste their bourbon, rye, wheated bourbon and special releases not normally available!

1.                        Bibb salad, Blackhawk beef bacon, tarragon buttermilk dressing 

2.                        Brown butter scallops, glazed carrots, radish 

3.                        Stave Smoked brisket, confit sweet potatoes, pickled pepper compote 

4.                        Dark Chocolate bouchons, 58% cacao mousse
