Zito and Christin Zito in their kitchen

Want some of the best cinnamon rolls in town and to help out-of-work musicians at the same time? When music industry workers and husband & wife team, Zito and Christin Zito  found themselves out of work due to COVID they started baking up sourdough cinnamon rolls. Fast forward, and now Rock n Roll Z is  selling 1,500 rolls each weekend from their industrial kitchen in East Nashville.

They have numerous pick-up points around town. We picked ours up from a neighborhood in the Nations. Just pull up and tell them your name and your order is placed in yoru car at a safe social distance. Super easy. You can get individual rolls ready to eat, or a package of 6 ready to bake, complete with icing.

These sourdough cinnamon rolls are some of the best we've had. Super moist and tender.

Fifty cents from each roll goes to MusiCares, an organization that helps artists/musicians/producers who have lost work this year. Since its inception, Rock N' Rollz has raised over $7K for MusiCares. Sweet! To order go to rockandrollznashville.com.

“For me, cooking is love. It’s a privilege to get to cook every day. People come and take my food home and share it with their families. That’s amazing.” – Lee Ann Merrick
