I’m too lazy to ever peel peaches, so I use them with the peel here. But by all means, peel away if you so choose.

1. Combine peaches and sugar. Mash lightly. Let stand 30 minutes to an hour to macerate.
2. Combine cream, buttermilk,milk and vanilla. Chill. Place cream mixture and peaches in ice cream maker and proceed according to manufacturers instructions.
