1. Prepare rosemary simple syrup by boiling water with sugar over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Add rosemary sprigs and let cool completely. Set aside.
2. Place all ingredients for cocktail in shaker. Add ice. Shake until very cold and pour into coupe or martini glass.
*If making a punch, mix Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka, juice, and rosemary simple syrup in a large punch bowl. Garnish with citrus fruit, rosemary sprigs, and cinnamon sticks.
