1. For Salad: In a large bowl, mix cabbages, kale, and parsley.
2. For Fried Peas: Rinse peas, pat dry. Heat oil in a skillet to 350. Fry beans 4 minutes. Drain. Toss in paprika, chili powder and pepper.
3. For Dressing: Add all ingredients to blender except oil, slowly add oil to emulsify.
4. Combine greens, hem hearts, and peas. Toss with dressing. Garnish with mint.
