Eli Mason's Not-Quite-Nog

    Ingredients

    • 1egg
    • 1 1/2 ouncesbourbon
    • 1 1/4 ouncesEli Mason Spiced Simple Syrup
    • 1 ounceheavy cream

    1. Add the whole egg to your empty shaker and dry-shake (i.e. shake without ice) for 20-30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a glass and top with grated nutmeg.
