Homemade Chinese food might be easier than you think. Give it a try with this recipe from Brentwood’s own Corner Asian Bistro.
Ingredients
1 poundflank steak
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoonwhite pepper
1Egg white
1small white onion
3green onions
2 tablespoonscanola oil

Slice flank steak into thin 1×2 inch pieces. Mix the beef with soy sauce and egg white.
Slice onion and green onions, cutting them into 2 inch pieces.
Warm oil to 350F with stove remaining on high. Stir-fry onion and green onion. Put in beef and stir fry until red is cooked out. Add oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper.
