Chef Karla Ruiz of Karla’s Catering turns up the heat with this chili!
1. Heat oil in pot. Add onion, peppers, and garlic.
2. Add goat and chorizo and simmer 8 minutes.
3. Add spices, tomatoes, and water.
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer a few minutes.
5. Serve with garnishes.
