Cajun-Creole Seasoning

Keep this seasoning mix by Chef Skylar Bush, on hand for most any recipe. It’s used in our Crawfish Etouffee and our Cajun Honey Chicken.

Ingredients

2 tablespoonssweet paprika

4 teaspoonssalt

2 teaspoonsonion powder

2 teaspoonsgarlic powder

2 teaspoonscayenne pepper

2 teaspoonsground black pepper

2 teaspoons MSG (Accent)

1 teaspoondried thyme leaves

1 teaspoondried oregano leaves

1 teaspoonsugar

1 teaspooncoriander

1.Combine all ingrients. Mix well. Store in a glass jar.
