Butternut Squash Gratin

This gratin is a delightfully simple side dish, using only a few ingredients and sixty minutes in a hot oven.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups cooked butternut squash
    • 3 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1/3 cup half-and-half
