BLT with Fresh Mozzarella and Skhug

Great bacon from TN Grass Fed Farm, fresh mozzarella and the herby Meditteranean sauce called Skhug make a BLT shine. 

    Ingredients

    • 4 slicesgood bread
    • mayonnaise
    • Iceberg or romaine lettuce
    • 2 largegood in-season tomatoes, sliced
    • 4 ouncesTN Grass Fed Hickory Smoked Bacon
    • 4 ouncessliced fresh mozzarella
    • 1/2 cupSkhug or pesto

    1. Fry bacon. Place mayonnaisse, lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and skhug on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining slices. Cut in half. Makes 4 sandwiches.
