Beer Cocktail of the Week: The Rusty Pale

In honor of National IPA Day, Thursday, August 3rd, we present the Rusty Pale, a beer cocktail combining Cooper’s Craft (Brown Forman’s newest bourbon in 20 years) and TailGate Beer. Coopers’ Craft has a soft, light flavor profile, making the bourbon an easy mixing, easy drinking bourbon that is the perfect complement to TailGate Beer’s, West Coast Style IPA.

    Ingredients

    • 5 partsTailGate Beer’s Southeast IPA
    • 2 partsCoopers’ Craft
    • 1/4 partlemon juice
    • 1/4 ozDemerara Syrup
    • DashHell Fire Habanero Shrub or Vinegar Based Hot Sauce

    Combine all ingredients and serve in a pint glass or beer mug. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
