A Date with a Pig and a Goat

This recipe is a favorite of the Noble's.

Ingredients

10 slices peppered bacon (cut in half horizontally)

20 dates

1 (5-ounce) container Noble Springs Chèvre

Preheat oven to 475F.
Slice dates to remove pits.
Stuff about 1 tsp of chèvre into each date. Press.
Wrap bacon around the date and bake 8-10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
