Cafe Babu, an all-day cafe in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, is hosting a curated, omakase experience for one night only with Mexico City-based chef Colibrí Jiménez. Taking place at the cafe on June 29 and starting at 6 p.m., this event to remember will consist of food by the renowned chef as well as craft cocktails and wine by Cafe Babu.

The tasting menu is available alongside tickets to the exclusive event, which can be purchased HERE. This event is priced at $125 per person and will showcase a 5-course dinner celebrating Mexican flavors, culture, and Music City vibes.
