Nashville, TN (March 2016) – Nashville native, Mattie Jackson is gearing up to bring Sylvan Heights a new community dining destination unlike any in town. Slated to open June of 2016 in the new Hill Center off 40th and Charlotte, Salt & Vine, a marketplace, wine bar and bottle shop creates a multi-faced, interactive culture for guests to experience food and wine. From gourmet prepared market items, specialty cheese and charcuterie, to a seasonal small plate dining menu, offerings will focus on global flavors with ingredients that are true to origin. The food and beverage programs are built intentionally to foster a universal opportunity for food and wine pairings.
