The Lost Art of Farming is an art and advocacy project that was born out of the combined passions of husband and wife duo Sherman and Theresa Pollard. Sherman is a photographer who has a heart for building community and Theresa is a chef and writer. In 2017, they moved out of their apartment and hit the road, in order to spend time getting to know the sustainable, organic farmers who are changing the American food system.
