The Edible Kitchen at the Nashville Farmers’ Market is off to a rousing start. Jesse Goldstein (aka The Food Sheriff) had the audience riveted as he chopped, peeled and sliced his way through his cucumber-peach salad. His tips: grip the chef’s knife on the blade for better control, buy an inexpensive mandoline to thinly slice vegetables. Increase the flavor of the salad, by heating up the marinade before combining with the cucumbers and peaches. Bravo Jesse.
