Our third farm dinner which took place at No.9 Farms started auspicially with perfect weather and a perfectly set table in a perfect field. With a spring full of damp wet, chilly days, we were living right. As guests arrived down the road, their cars were whisked away by the eager young valets, and they were directed to a path through the woods. Tucked away along the path was the Spartan Royal Mansion, a luxurious AirBnB recently opend by Stephanie and Brian Oaks, proprietors of the farm. It’s glamping at its best! On its deck was Chef Kyle Patterson of Sinema Restaurant and Bar, chef for the evening, making preparations for the dinner. After a quick tour of the Spartan and a peek at the chef, they continued on the path to the field for drinks, dinner, and merriment.
