CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM ZUCCHINI CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE GLAZE
Grated zucchini makes this cake super moist. It’s courtesy of baker and cookbook author, Ken Haedrich. He likes to bake it in a 9- by 9- by 2-inch cake pan for a very tall, generously proportioned cake, but you could also use a 13- by 9-inch pan if you want the extra servings.
