The Solar Eclipse will be taking place Monday, August 21st This is a once-in-a-lifetime celestial event that will pass right over Nashville! You don't want to miss it. Here are some places to watch this scientific wonder and have some drinks and eats, too. 

Westin Nashville will be hosting a Solar Eclipse Watch Party at L27, Nashville’s highest rooftop bar where guests will be able to experience the once-in-a-lifetime event that will pass right over Nashville. Access to the general public is not guaranteed, but the doors will open at 1:00 pm pending space. Party attendees will be treated to live entertainment and complimentary solar glasses for viewing. The event will also feature their specialty Blackout Pasta for $12, made with squid ink capellini, sunny quail yolk, garlic crumbs, and baby basil. The featured themed cocktail will be a layered Bee’s Knees for $11, which is a Prohibition Era cocktail made with Gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey. Keeping in theme with the eclipse, the unique cocktail is yellow on the bottom and black on the top.

Acme's rooftop is the place to be on Monday, August 21st as Nashville experiences the first total solar eclipse to sweep across the United States in 99 years! Watch day turn to night when the moon completely eclipses the sun from the sky. DJ Evido will provide the tunes and an education MC will guide guests through exactly what we're seeing. Tickets include exclusive rooftop access, lunch buffet, swag bag including special eclipse viewing glasses, drink specials, and commemorative poster. 

Up, a Rooftop Bar is hosting a solar eclipse party! The last time Nashville experienced a total solar eclipse was in 1478 the next one won't happen again until the year 2566. Experience almost 2 minutes of complete darkness at 1:21pm in the afternoon! You won't find a better view of the city than this! will be closed to the public and only ticket holders will be able to take in the breathtaking views, energetic live music, loaded bloody mary and mimosa/bellini bars and amazing all you can eat gourmet brunch prepared by Chef John!
