Shhh…Adam Richman has a secret! In the new original Travel Channel series, "Man Finds Food," the foodie and in-the-know host crisscrosses the country on the ultimate quest to uncover unique, surprising, delicious and hidden food treasures. Having spent years on the road introducing viewers to America’s most interesting eating establishments, Richman has tasted nearly every dish imaginable and learned of many cuisine secrets lurking around the American food scene. He unveils a combination of off-the-menu items and off-the-grid restaurants – some that are even hidden to locals!

Richman heads to NASHVILLE to uncover the following secret-eats from the Country Music Capital of the World:

Pepperfire is an East Nashville restaurant known for serving up Nashville-style hot chicken. For those in-the-know, Pepperfire also creates an off-menu spin on this Nashville staple unlike anything ever seen before.

Gabby's Burgers & Fries is a Wedgewood-Houston burger joint. While this restaurant might be home to some of the best burgers in Nashville, Richman pays them a visit for an unknown hot dog.

Midtown hotspot Mason's Southern Provisions offers their take on classic Southern fare. Richman knows about a hidden dessert that is only advertised to those who follow the chef on social media.

In Rolling Mill Hill, Pinewood Social is loaded with an espresso bar, restaurant, bowling alley and even a karaoke room. But Richman heads there for only one thing.
