Artisan Collective: Stones River Baking
I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2010 and I began testing Gluten Free recipes and store bought mixes. I set out to create cookies and desserts that the whole family could enjoy even if only one family member has Celiac or chooses to eat Gluten Free. After several years of experimenting and having thousands of people sampling, I created Stones River Baking.
All of our baked goods are made with wholesome, natural ingredients, and ancient grains, which create healthier products and enhance the overall flavor, texture and appearance. At Stones River Baking, our cookies, brownies, and muffins have similar sugars and fats as homemade desserts, making them easy to enjoy without the guilt, of adding excess sugars and fats to your diet. Our goods are craved by people with Celiac, those choosing to eat Gluten Free, and best of all, those who can't tell the difference!
