- 1 (15-ounce) can apricots in heavy or light syrup
- 2 oranges, sectioned (without membrane or skin)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
1. Combine apricots plus juice or syrup, orange sections, plus juice and brown sugar. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes or until thick and aromatic. Serve warm or cold with pancakes, ice cream, cake or cheese. Makes 1 cup.
