- 1 heaping cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- sliced banana, almond butter, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, chia seeds
1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in blender until thick and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with toppings.
