- 1 bunch collard greens (or turnip or kale), stems removed
- 1 cup apple cider
- salt and pepper
1. Rinse and cut collarrd greens off stem. Discard stems. Place pancetta in a large pot. Saute 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic, saute 10 minutes. Add greens, stir. Add 1 cup apple cider and cook 20 minutes to 1 hour.
