- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1 1/4 ounces Eli Mason Spiced Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce heavy cream
1. Add the whole egg to your empty shaker and dry-shake (i.e. shake without ice) for 20-30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a glass and top with grated nutmeg.
