- 10 slices peppered bacon (cut in half horizontally)
- 20 dates
- 1 (5-ounce) container Noble Springs Chèvre
- Preheat oven to 475F.
- Slice dates to remove pits.
- Stuff about 1 tsp of chèvre into each date. Press.
- Wrap bacon around the date and bake 8-10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
