A Date with a Pig and a Goat

Ingredients

  • 10 slices peppered bacon (cut in half horizontally)
  • 20 dates
  • 1 (5-ounce) container Noble Springs Chèvre

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 475F.
  2. Slice dates to remove pits.
  3. Stuff about 1 tsp of chèvre into each date. Press.
  4. Wrap bacon around the date and bake 8-10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
