- 6-8 cups bread cubes
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk or half-and-half
- salt and pepper
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup garlic scape pesto
1. Break bread into cubes. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine eggs and milk or cream. Pour over bread cubes. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Dot with garlic scape pesto. Cover and refrigerate over night or bake immediately.
2. Preheat oven to 375F. Bake bread pudding 40-50 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serves 10.
