Bourbon Chai Mule Cocktail

This cocktail is Tennessee's take on Manhattan's iconic Moscow Mule, featuring bourbon and chai.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts firepot chai
  • 1.5 parts bourbon
  • 1 part ginger beer
  • 1 part soda water
  • fresh thyme

Instructions

In a glass, combine chai, bourbon, ginger beer and soda water.

Add ice and garnish with thyme.

Serve it in a copper mug for more authenticity.
