A Nashvillian Kitchen We Love
Bill Neill and Nancy Vienneau, Edgehill neighborhood, Nashville
"For most of my adult life, I’ve lived in old homes, which, despite our restorations, always had a shoe-horned kitchen. When Bill and I decided to downsize and custom-build a modern home, I could have my ideal kitchen at last. It is the heart of the house, commanding a main room that includes living space, and a view of downtown. Features I love: A 48” range with six burners and a griddle, and two ovens: one small and the other wide "caterer’s size." Integrated appliances. A produce sink and a pot sink. An open pantry that is out of sight. And, best of all, a ten-foot long work island where friends can gather."
