Join us Saturday afternoon, May 6th, for Edible Nashville's first annual Fields-to-Farm: A Race Against Food Waste.  Enjoy a 5k or 12k trail race at beautiful Bells Bend Park followed by a post race festival at The Old School to raise awareness about food waste issues.  All runners receive a bag of organic produce as a finisher's medal with top runners receiving CSA baskets.  Entry also include a ticket for a Jackalope beer as well as a snack ticket for a treat from chef Kirstie Bidwell and the kitchens of The Old School's Farm-to-Table restaurant.  Carnival games for chances to win prizes and to support local organizations addressing food waste and hunger issues will be played throughout the evening to live music in the beer garden.

Festival after party begins around 5:00 pm at the Old School Farm after the prize ceremony for top runners at 4:30!

The event unites Nashville's best food, best drink, best music, and best times for a great cause.  Come play for the planet and stay for the party!
