Soy Teriyaki Bistro

Quiet Korean

Want to stay quiet and low key this Valentine’s day? Soy Teriyaki Bistro is the place to be. Tucked away in the less-than-charming Maryland Farms office sprawl is this inauspicious restaurant. But don’t let that fool you, there is some serious food going on by owners Chris and Hannah Lee. Typically a fusion menu with bimbimbap and fried rice interspersed with American splashes, it will feature serious Korean fare on Valentines day. Korean born Hannah is one heck of a cook, and for this special night she is getting down and dirty with her Korean roots.
