Dose Coffee and Tea offers delicious house baked gluten-free coffee cakes, muffins and bars.

Just because you are averse to gluten, doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy a delightful snack along with your cuppa.  Here are some of our favorite coffee shops with a good selection of gluten-free goodies.

With three full-service locations in 12 South, Franklin and Downtown Nashville plus their own bakery and a limited menu at Grimey’s II on 8th Avenue, Frothy Monkey offers plenty of spots for good food and drink from breakfast until dinner. Gluten-free options include a popular low sugar cookie plus muffins and bread that can be substituted for any of their sandwich or bagel items.

Eighth and Roast outsources most of their gluten-free food options, but that’s ok because their specialty suppliers concentrate on delicious gluten-free desserts.  Vegan Vee provides the doughnuts and Gretchen's Gluten Free Goodies bakes up a wide variety of treats for Eighth and Roast customers.
