Stephen and Jessica Rose started the wildly successful Peach Truck, and now have a cookbook of the same name. Here are four recipes from it.

With some paper bags and some wicked good signs, Stephen and Jessica Rose started The Peach Truck in 2012. They never looked back.

On a summer night in 2012 Jessica and Stephen Rose parked their truck outside Imogene + Willie, set up some peaches on the hood and waited to see what would happen. They sold 6 bags. Always quick learners, they rejiggered their set-up and the time they sold (no one wants to grocery shop at night.)

Fast forward to 2018 and The Peach Truck has become a staple in Music City. Down alleys, in parking lots, at festivals and farmer’s markets, bags of these golden jewels from Georgia are everywhere.

In addition to sharing the fruits of his childhood, Stephen Rose and wife Jessica are now sharing their story and recipes in their new book: The Peach Truck Cookbook. It chronicles their family’s experiences and food as well as what’s percolating in the Nashville food scene. It’s a great read full of fantastic recipes. Here are a few to get you started,
