Chef Batts has a business management degree from Tennessee State University and a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University where he graduated magna cum laude. After interning with Tomkats Catering he became saute chef at Saffire Restaurant and Bar in Franklin, TN, then on to the prestigious Old Hickory Steak House at Opryland. He is currently Executive Chef at The Martha O’Bryan Center and owner operator of Cookies by Keith!, which he started in 2014.

Cookies by Keith! are gourmet cookies with no preservatives and made with natural ingredients. They're baked fresh to order (I said ALL COOKIES ARE BAKED FRESH TO ORDER!). There's five main flavors, all your usual suspects (variations on chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin), plus a Peanut Butter Nutella. You can order a half-dozen, a dozen of each flavor, or large single wrapped pieces (for bulk orders please contact cookiesbykeith1@gmail.com). Both pickup and delivery options are available between 2pm and 7pm. Best to place your order before 3pm as those will be treated as next day orders. Mouth watering yet?
